Our Return Guidelines

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not applicable. Customers are requested to carefully review their order before final confirmation.

No COD – No Return

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and follow a strict No Return policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

In case a product is delivered in damaged condition or is incorrect, customers must report within 24 hours with photo/video proof for resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if payment has been deducted but the order has not been processed or delivered due to unforeseen issues.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. We recommend customers double-check details before final payment.

Replacement Policy

While returns are not accepted, in rare verified cases of incorrect or damaged delivery, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days directly to the original mode of payment.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or recalled.
